LALX Golden Key Construction Corp . formerly known as GKLX Construction Services & Trading was established on 2017 through the combined efforts of its key personnel and through their combined long standing experiences in the construction industry.

LALX Golden Key Construction Corp. (LALX)’s key personnel are seasoned professional equipped with ingenious entrepreneurial skills and vast experience in the field of architecture, engineering, project and accounting management. GKLX key personnel, associates and consultants are well experienced in aspects of :

All key personnel have previously occupied major positions in their respective companies from contracting to consulting firms. Their combined knowledge and experienced in the construction industry is the reason why within a short period of time since its formation, LALX Key Personnel and Consultants has already served a wide number of clients nationwide.

Since our establishment, the aim of the company through the principles of its personnel, that “blessings must be shared to everyone”, was to establish itself as a major player within the construction market through commitment and quality of the product, this has been achieved through a strong management structure ensuring a close working relationship with both Clients and Consultants. Through this aim, we will create and give more jobs to every Filipino who is willing and dedicated to his chosen job in whatever level of work he may be assigned. LALX makes every employee and client at home through its commitment to serve with quality and dedication to the people we work with and to the people we serve in the construction projects.

LALX Golden Key Construction Corp. activities are based at Pampanga, where day to day management and control is overseen by the Management Team. Within the management structure are Area Manager, Manager, Five Consultants, Accountant, Project Manager, Quantity Surveyors, Health and Safety Officers, Buyers, Estimators assisted by several clerical staff members. On site projects are controlled by one of the 4 directly employed Site Managers through close liaison with the main office and supported by other site support staff where applicable.

As with most construction companies, not all trades are catered for in house, where a package of work is to be sub-let this is done via our sub-contract selective tender list, where contractors are vetted prior to their inclusion from the point of view of Health and Safety, previous experience, references, competitiveness etc. Their performances constantly being reviewed to ensure they maintain set standards.

However, bearing all the above in mind, with the current trend in contract tendering, we find ourselves more and more associated with the same contractors on the basis of the previous contract, thus ensuring :

• competitive price with no hidden extras.

• achievable programme dates.

• good standard and quality of workmanship

A large variety of projects have been successfully undertaken by its technical personnel and consultants prior and during our development within the Government sectors, Commercial/Industrial sectors, and Private Clients. However although a large number of projects have been completed, as you will note our Client’s list is not extensive, thus proving our commitment to building relationships with Clients ensuring continuous repeat business.

Projects initiated by the company’s technical personnel have ranged in diversity and value and include refurbishment ranging in value from 300 thousand to 875million pesos. The larger projects generally are new build ventures yet present the same fast track demands. Each contract challenge is considered in great detail immediately we are involved in a tender situation, or during negotiation of impending schemes.

On the strength of the above, which are merely a sample of the projects undertaken, a large number of other schemes continue to develop, both on a competitive tender basis and partnering basis.

We are confident that our continued commitment and personal attention to all of our projects will ensure our major role within the construction industry will continue to develop both in terms of expansion and reputation
